Guest rooms are available in Japanese-style with futon bedding, Western-style with beds, or a combination of both. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and refrigerator; the hotel was renovated in May 2017. Comfort Twin Rooms with shower and Standard Rooms with tatami area are among the options.

A free shuttle service runs between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM to Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort and other areas, requiring a prior-day reservation by phone. The hotel offers ski equipment rentals and ski lessons at an additional charge, with a free ski locker room for overnight gear storage. Fishing and golf are nearby, with Rusutsu Golf Resort within a 35-minute drive.
